THE MENTORSHIP GAP
In the United States, over 100,000 at-risk children and teens are actively seeking mentorship.
Mentorship can play a valuable role in making a difference in young people’s lives. When youth have meaningful relationships with mentors, they hold higher aspirations, build confidence and strengthen their relationships within their communities.
Our giving goal
In partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters, our goal is to support 25,000 hours of mentorship by 2025.
How We Give
We donate 1% of all proceeds.
For every Stantt garment that is purchased, you help support the recruitment of a new mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Essex, Hudson & Union Counties. Each new mentor meets regularly with their Little to help them unleash their potential to excel in school and in life.
We involve our community.
Every Stantt employee receives monthly paid time off to dedicate to mentoring. Throughout the year we coordinate special events and initiatives that bring our network together to benefit the Big Brothers Big Sisters community. We also encourage our community to consider mentoring, and offer exclusive savings for customers who become mentors.
We celebrate graduates.
Each graduating class of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Essex, Hudson & Union mentees is gifted a unique Stantt shirt, personalized with their own initials, to mark their achievement and the pivotal milestone of graduating from high school.

Mentorship programs across the country show that at-risk young men disproportionately experience longer wait times before they’re successfully matched with a mentor. To help address this problem, we ask our nationwide community to consider mentoring.
