Timeframe

Once registered with a valid Product Number and email address, the Warranty is valid for a period of 5 years from either the "Created On" date or product shipment date (if the "Created On" date is not visible on the tag).  

Coverage

The Warranty covers the following:

Shirts

• Damaged or lost buttons - STANTT will mail matching replacement buttons to be sewn by a local tailor of the customer's choice.  If a cost is associated with the button tailoring, STANTT will offer a gift card equal to the value of the fee (with valid proof of receipt).
• Damaged or lost collar stays - STANTT will mail replacement collar stays to be installed by the customer. 
• Damaged or torn side, shoulder, back, placket, hip, or collar seams - if the damage is not self-inflicted/induced and occurs during normal wearing of the garment, STANTT will either (A) reimburse the tailoring cost via a gift card or partial refund (with valid proof of receipt), or, if the tearing is deemed to be substantial by STANTT, (B) replace the entire garment.
• Tears or holes in fabric - if the damage is not self-inflicted/induced, occurs during normal wearing of the garment, and cannot be repaired by a local tailor, STANTT will replace the entire garment.

Pants

• Damaged or lost buttons - STANTT will mail matching replacement buttons to be sewn by a local tailor of the customer's choice.  If a cost is associated with the button tailoring, STANTT will offer a gift card equal to the value of the fee (with valid proof of receipt). 
• Damaged zippers - if the damage is not self-inflicted/induced and occurs during normal wearing of the garment, STANTT will either (A) reimburse the tailoring/repair cost via a gift card or partial refund (with valid proof of receipt), or, if the damage is deemed to be substantial by STANTT, (B) replace the entire garment.
• Damaged or torn side, waist, pocket, crotch, or hem seams - if the damage is not self-inflicted/induced and occurs during normal wearing of the garment, STANTT will either (A) reimburse the tailoring cost via a gift card or partial refund (with valid proof of receipt), or, if the tearing is deemed to be substantial by STANTT, (B) replace the entire garment.
• Tears or holes in fabric - if the damage is not self-inflicted/induced, occurs during normal wearing of the garment, and cannot be repaired by a local tailor, STANTT will replace the entire garment.

The Warranty does NOT cover the following:

• Fabric stains that are self-inflicted (i.e. red wine, "ring around the collar" sweat stains, etc)
• Fabric holes or burns that are self-inflicted (i.e. cigarette marks)
• Fabric tears that are self-inflicted (i.e. mistakenly tearing it on a fence)
• Fabric shrinkage from laundering processes that do NOT follow the wash instructions on the garment
• Inappropriate fit of garment from evolving fit preferences or body weight fluctuations
